چکیده
Zinc is a minor micronutrient that also involved in carbohydrate, protein synthesis metabolisms. The present study was carried out to analyze response DNSA, proline, and MDA (Malondialdehit) responses the form of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) Pisum sativum, for period 21st 35th days. Two P. sativum (Maro Tarım Kars) were used as material presence 0.8 ppm 1.8 ZnO nanoparticulate. length biomass plants increased significantly upon NPs application. activation shoot root two tested ecotypes remarkably by ZnO. Accumulation Zn increases Zn+ nanoparticle which lower concentration more affected than higher terms growth parameters. amount showed an increase, while those DNSA proline concentration. However, there significant differences between control treatments proline. Malondialdehyde content displayed gradual increase leaf samples plants. results suggest application (0.8 ppm) could be promoted development process can stimulated regulator factor crop physiological mechanisms.

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants
This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...
متن کاملRole of cytokinins in growth correlations between roots and stems in pea (Pisum sativum L.) seedlings
Pea seeds were swollen in solutions with different concentrations of cytokinin benzyladenine (BA). As compared with controls, a low concentration of BA (0.05 mg/l) did not affect the growth of stems and roots of twelve-day-old seedlings but concentrations of 0.20–4.00 mg/l showed an inhibiting effect; this inhibition was proportional to the concentration of BA. In controls the ratio between the...
متن کاملDifferential Toxicity of Bare and Hybrid ZnO Nanoparticles in Green Pea (Pisum sativum L.): A Life Cycle Study
The effect of surface or lattice modification of nanoparticles (NPs) on terrestrial plants is poorly understood. We investigated the impact of different zinc oxide (ZnO) NPs on green pea (Pisum sativum L.), one of the highest consumed legumes globally. Pea plants were grown for 65 d in soil amended with commercially available bare ZnO NPs (10 nm), 2 wt% alumina doped (Al2O3@ZnO NPs, 15 nm), or ...
متن کاملRole of nitrogen content of pea (Pisum sativum L.) on pea aphid (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris) establishment
The leaf nitrogen content is generally accepted as an indicator of food quality and as a factor affecting host selection by phytophagous insects. The alate pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris, Aphididae) were given a choice among non-nodulated pea plants (Pisum sativum L.) supplied with one of four nitrate-N levels (0, 3, 15 and 30 mM). When whole plants were exposed to aphids for 7 days, th...
متن کاملSupaeromaculata Lines in Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Obtained Following Mutagenesis
Six pea (Pisum sativum L.) mutant lines characterized by more extensive expression of the patches of silver flecking (aeromaculata) were isolated following mutagenesis. Line III/122 demonstrated the strongest expression of the supaeromaculata phenotype; the silver flecks covered large area of leaf surface. The phenotype of 1/221, 2/123, 3/13, 2/1413 and X/3 was expressed clearly but quite weake...
